When you request a callback
The form collects your name, phone number, enquiry type and location, plus an email address and message if you choose to provide them. DBC uses these details to review the enquiry, contact you and discuss relevant support.
How the request is sent
The website uses FormSubmit to deliver enquiries to the configured DBC contact inbox. FormSubmit processes the information submitted through the form. See FormSubmit’s privacy information. Only share a general description initially; do not submit identity numbers, legal documents or confidential case records.
Website measurement
When configured, Google Analytics measures page visits and interactions such as audience selections and callback submissions. The website does not intentionally send names, phone numbers, email addresses, locations entered in the form or message text as analytics event parameters. Google may process technical information about visits and use cookies under its own policies. See Google’s privacy policy.
Campaign information
The website stores the first page visited and any source, medium and campaign labels in your browser’s session storage. These may accompany an enquiry so DBC can understand how it was found. Callback requests work even when session storage is unavailable.
