Bring your project’s next step into focus.

A project may need capital, suitable land, a legal issue addressed, or help reaching buyers. We start with what is holding it back.

Where we can help

Start with what you need.

01

Land and capital

Connect with landowners and capital sources, with the project economics and proposed participation assessed together.

Legal and execution support

Coordinate agreements, legal issues, technical planning, milestones and the teams needed to carry out the work.

03

Marketing and sales

Bring together positioning, pricing, buyer enquiries, sales channels and closing support for project inventory.

The next steps

What working with DBC can look like

  1. 01

    Identify the barrier

Tell us the project’s location, stage and main need: land, funds, legal support, execution or sales.

  2. 02

    Assess viability

Review the land, legal position, development costs, remaining work and market with the relevant teams.

  3. 03

    Agree the responsibilities

Structure contributions, ownership, development duties, commercial terms and the proposed exit or sale pathway.

  4. 04

    Coordinate delivery

Bring the required partners together and monitor the agreed work through development, marketing or settlement.

Funding, partner introductions and project revival depend on assessment and agreed terms. DBC does not promise approval or funding for every enquiry.

Your questions

Before you get in touch

Can you help with a project that has already stopped?

Yes. DBC can assess the cause of the delay and the resources required. A workable plan depends on legal issues, remaining cost, construction condition, market demand and the parties involved.

Can I approach you only for marketing or sales support?

Yes. Explain the inventory, location and current sales challenge. The team can assess the scope of support without assuming you need a funding arrangement.

Can DBC help source land?

DBC works through its landowner and development network to identify and assess suitable opportunities. Availability and suitability depend on your project requirements.

Do you take over the developer’s role?

DBC coordinates the agreed services and partners. The developer, contractors, professionals and DBC each have responsibilities defined by the engagement; these are not automatically transferred to DBC.
